Performed diagnostic on 2003 system. Homeowner states that system is leaking water in her bathroom and in her hallway. Bathroom ceiling has almost completely caved in and hallway is getting stained with water as well. Went into attic to inspect system. Performed thorough inspection of system, findings are as follows 1. Main drain pan is over flowing, leaking water over and into bathroom and hallway 2. System is not leveled correctly, which is causing all the water to towards the back of the drain pan and over 3. No water is making it to the drain lines for this reason as well 4. Evaporator coil is completely clogged up. 5. Seems like there was a rope tied around the drain pan to prop it up so that water would flow through the drain pan 6. Ducting is in horrible shape. It is not sealed correctly and ripped in numerous parts. Went over all findings and recommendations with homeowner. Gave her some repair options but mentioned that no warranty can be given on any work done based on
