NO COOL. Found system non operational. Customer stated unit doesn’t run after changing the batteries. Checked thermostat and saw battery compartment is separate and very accessible without removing thermostat. Checked for power and found no low voltage coming out of low voltage controller. Would have to check if manufacture still has this part due to the age of the system. Due to age and condition of the system we highly recommend replacement options. Customer will talk it over with the dad and sister to find out if they want to move forward with replacement options. Customer will call us when he knows. Unit not operational upon departure.
