Performed Furnace diagnostic on one-year-old Goodman heater. Upon my diagnostic found no evidence of any type of metal or plastic within indoor blower wheel. I then started the system in heating mode and found that the inducer motor had some type of dust or sand like material within the inducer once it begin spinning creating a rattling noise. This only lasted a few seconds would completely go away. Confirmed systems for heating sequence in operation was correct and upon departure rattling noise has depleted And is heating.
