Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on a 2017 Goodman unit. Condenser located in back yard, furnace is in garage. Client stated no issues and systems is good. Washed condenser coil inside and out. Checked electrical compartment and components. Primary and secondary motor controls are both good. Fan motor is good and Amp draws are good. Compressor start up amps are pulling 55 and Max rated at 112. Would recommend adding a Compressor booster kit to help keep high start up down and prolong life of compressor. Run amps are good. System pressure are good and cooling hole at 21 degrees. Filter was good. Blower assembly and wheel slight dust. Evaporator coil is good and drain lines are clear. All safety switches are operational. No protection on unit. Advised to to protect unit with adding surge protectors to prevent any electrical surges that can damage system or components. Went over all findings and recommendations with client. Client did declined recommended work at this time. Clien
