Inspected the system and the unit is working on arrival, filter is very very dirty. Looking up at the system the coils are pretty dirty and the system probably just needs to be maintained it’s been a year since the unit was installed. The unit is due for its first since install maintenance but the extension ladder needs to be very large as the one I have supplied is too short. Need to return with a taller ladder to perform maintenance.
