Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Amp draws are within range. Primary motor control is in good condition. Secondary motor control for compressor side is out of its allowed manufacture range. Refrigerant pressures are within range. Pulled condenser motor and thoroughly washed out condenser coil inside and out. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner. She is fully aware of system conditions and concerns. Wants to hold off on any repairs for today. System is operational upon departure.
