Tech arrived on site. No airflow coming from master bedroom unit. Furnace is located in crawl space under house. Found blower motor to have power but not operational. The module on the blower failed. Unit is 3 years old. Our install. Will warranty motor, client will pay for labor. Client signed up on service plan for 3 system.
