Performed maintenance on a 2016 Lennox furnace. Heating temperature rise is 30 degrees. Sensors and switches were tested and cleaned. Merv 16 Filter is a year old and dirty. PCO bulb is glowing fine at this time. Combustion blower and primary blower are clean and amping in range. Ignitor was tested recorded. Condensate lines are clear. System is not electronically protected. Homeowner was briefed on the condition on the system. Unit is operational.
