Tech arrived on site. Started AC tune up on a Rheem split system. Unit is operational. Cleaned condenser coils with chemicals. Cleaned and tested components in the electrical cabinet. All start components are good and had been replaced recently. Condenser fan motor is leaking oil and rusty. It is recommended that it be replaced before it fails. Refrigerant charge and temperature split are good. Went into attic and started checking Airflow. Static pressure is low. Duct connections are not sealed. Blower wheel is dirty, and there is no emergency drain pan installed. Flushed out condensate line. It is strongly recommended that we install an emergency drain pan to prevent ceiling damage in the event that both lines clog up. Compressor amps are 18/21. Compressor is struggling. Service disconnect is not secure on the wall. Went over replacement options with client. Customer is aware of all issues and recommendations. Client declined them at this time.
