Arrived on site to perform AC maintenance on 3 year old Lennox system. Had homeowner cycle system for cooling. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Refrigerant pressures are within range and system is producing proper temperature split. Primary motor control is in good condition. Secondary motor control is within range. Amp draws for condenser fan motor and compressor are within range. Pulled off all panels as well as condenser fan motor and thoroughly washed out condenser coil inside and out. Compressor start amps are only slightly high, and system is not surge protected. Cycled system, system is fully operational upon departure.
