Arrived on site to perform combo tune up on a 2020 lennox unit. Client was not home and had brother out visiting and was watching over home while owner was out for spring break. Brother stated no issues and good. Washed condenser unit inside and out. Unit was extremely dirty and clogged up restricting air flow. Cleaned coil good clear. Recommend signing up on maintenance plan to be coming out yearly and was unit out clean. Primary and secondary motor controls are good and in range. Checked amp draws on compressor and fan motor and are both good. System is cooling home good at 22 degrees. No protection equipped on unit. Inspected indoor unit. Found filter extremely dirty and clogged. Recommend replacing filter more often. Blower assembly is good. Motor is good and amp draws are good. Evaporator coil is good. Drain lines are clear and good very slight dust. All safety switches are operational. Temperature rise and temperature split is good. No protection on units and recommend adding sur
