arrived on site to perform spring tune up on 2 units. 2018 Goodman unit. Client stated no issues. Both condenser located on side on home. Washed mini split inside and out. Would recommend adding a surge protector on unit to protect it. Washed condenser inside and out. Primary and secondary motor controls are good. Start ups are high and would recommend adding a compressor booster kit to help start up low and run easier. Run amps are good and cooling home at 22 degrees. Filter was replaced as client had her own and was replaced. Blower assembly is dirty from pst years. Would recommend replacing more often. Motor is good and amp draws are in range. Evaporator coil has light debris. Drain lines good no protection on unit. Recommend adding some. Went over all findings with client. Client is aware of how system is running and it’s condition. Client did declined recommended work at this. Both systems are operational and cooling upon departure.
