Arrived on site to perform spring tune on a 2018 acpro system. Condenser located in back of home. Furnace and Evaporator coil located in garage. Tenant stated no issues. Cycled unit. Last tech did not put door on properly and is good now.found system dose not have a reck for filter so nothing is holding filter secured and is getting lifted and allowing dirt to enter system. Reason why blower assembly is really dirty. Found filter dirty. Recommend replacing more often. Blower assembly is really dirty from dirt that has entered system in past. Dirt is creating weight on motor. Motor has oil leaking from over working. Would rexomAs it has lasted of oil and dirt building up. Motor could fail from conditions and over worked. Secondary control is good. Evaporator has light debris but due to the amount of dirt that could be entering system. Washed condenser inside and out. Fan motor is good and good amps. Primary and secondary are both good and in range. Start ups on compressor are high but
