Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on a 2020 lennox system. Condenser located back yard. Furnace and Evaporator coil located in attic. Client stated no issues. Client has 2 systems but we only replaced one and came to perform combo tune up on upstairs unit only. Washed condenser inside and out. Unit was a bit dirty from outdoor debris. Primary and secondary motor controls are both good and in range. Fan motor is good and in range of amps. Compressor start up are good. Run amps are good as well. System pressure are good and cooling hole at 19 degrees. No protection on unit. Inspected indoor unit. Filter was really dirty as client also has about 4 cats. Replaced filter. Blower assembly is good has slight dust. Evaporator coil good. Inducer motors is good. Drain lines due have debri. Advised client to stay on top o filter and replace every 6 months as they do run fan all day cycling air in home. Is debris enters system it could clog up drain lines over time and client is aware. No
