Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on a 2014 lennox unit. Condenser located in back yard. Turn and Evaporator coil located in attic. Tenant stated no issues. Washed condenser inside and out as it was really dirty. Checked electrical compartment and components. Found primary starter burnt up and worn out from age. Secondary motor control is out of rna and weak due to system working hard. Recommend replacing both starter and secondary control to keep system operating. Fan motor so good pulling 0.6 amps max rated at 1.0. Compressor start up was high in range but within specified range. Would recommend Adding a compressor booster kit to help keep start up low and preserve compressor life. Run amps are good and in range. Refrigerant pressures good and stable cooling home at 18 degrees. Inspected indoor unit found filter clogged up and extremely dirty due to area around home. Blower assembly has light dust. Motor is good. Drain lines are draining but due have some debris due to the a
