Amp draws on right side unit condenser fan motor and compressor are high, and condenser fan motor has started to leak oil significantly. Primary and secondary motor controls in good condition and in range. Pulled condenser motors and thoroughly washed out condenser coils inside and out. Renewed ESA maintenance program, wants to stay on yearly maintenance program. System is fully operational upon departure, homeowner fully aware of findings and recommendations for units.
