Arrived on site to perform combo maintenance on 4 year old Goodman system. Cycled system for heat. Verified proper heating sequence of operations. Temperature rise across heat exchanger is within range. Tested all heating safeties. Filter was recently replaced by homeowner and is clean. Cleaned flame sensor. Cleaned flame sensor. Heating operations are all working correctly. Cycled system for cooling. Temperature split in range. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Amp draws are slightly high for age of equipment. This is majorly due to a completely clogged and dirty evap coil. This has also caused the secondary motor control to fall out of range for compressor side. Pulled off condenser fan motor and panels and thoroughly washed out condenser coil inside and out. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner. She is fully aware of the condition of the system and recommendations. Wants to hold off on repairs for today, but would like to move forward with
