Arrived on site to do combo maintenance on a 2018 Lennox system. Condenser Unit located in back yard furnace. Client stated no issues. Cycled system to ensure system operating. Found flex ducting used. Did heating maintenance. Inspected indoor unit in heating mode. Sequence of operation is good. Flame is good. Inducer motor amps are in range. Safety float switch, drain pump, and all other safety switches are operational. Temperature rise is in range. Cycled system. Cycled in cooling mood. Found filter dirty. Recommend replacing filter to reduce amount of dirt entering system. Blower wheel is good and clean at this time. Motor is good. Evaporator coil is clean at this time. Drain lines are good. Safety float switch is good. Drain pump is draining. Temperature rise is in range. Washed unit inside and out. Checked electrical compartment and connection. All was good.
