Arrived on site to perform fall tune up on 2 2003 trane system located in attics. Client stated no issues and wanted inspection done. Cycled both thermostat and good. Found both filters dirty allowing dirt to enter system. Recommend upgrading filters to merv 16 racks to filter a lot more to both system Would need at add plenums to Seal properly. New flex ducting used and okay. Both blower assembly really dirty creating stress and wear on motors. Recommend assembly cleaning to reduce how hard motors are working and high amp drawls. Amp drawls are in range on both but going to high side as they operate. Motors are staying to leak oil from self wear and stress accumulating and developing over past years. Found secondary motors both out of range and weak from motor draining life of component. Recommend replacing to prevent motor from not operating. Inspected both heat exchanger and found both covered in heat impingement from over heating.no cracks on both just heat impingement all ove
