Performed Heating maintenance on a 2018 Lennox furnace. Systems temp rise is 42 degrees in range. Primary blower motor is amping within manufacturers specs. Flame ignitor is reading within range at this time. Combustion blower is amping ok. Flame sensor was cleaned and reinstalled. Unit is not protected. Performed maintenance on a Lennox condenser unit. Condenser coils had mild dust buildup, it was washed off and reassembled. Condenser and fan motor amps are in range. Start amps for the compressor are ok. Single start motor is reading in range. Starter is ok. Refrigerant levels are in range for the unit. Cooling Temperature split is good at 20 degrees. Outdoor unit is not protected.
