Performed Ac maintenance on 2 system 2001 Lennox condenser. Upon arrival client stated the heater for downstairs unit was not working he noticed 1 week ago. Found the gas valve was left turned off from last maintenance. Heater is fully operational. Living room side system- 1. Compressor amps are pushing near max. Compressors is 24 A at this time. This will put the compressor at a higher risk of failing 2. Condenser fan motor is over amping and leaking oil from bearing 3. Duel secondary motor control is weak on hermetic and fan side 4. System Contains R22 refrigerant which was completely Phased Out January 1, 2020 5. Starter is slightly pitted on contact points 6. Condenser coil’s banged up and in rough condition 7. System is not equipped with surge protection Indoor and out Right side system bedroom- 1. Compressor is also beginning over amp along with the fan motor 2. Fan motor is leaking oil 3. Duel secondary motor control this weak 4. System also contains R22 Informed and discussed
