Upon arrival performed diagnostic, found ducting to be extremely undersized. System has 1050cfm of air flow. Circuit board has a ton of stress points. There is no return air box to attach ducts. Need a couple more returns. Supply is undersized, need engineer specialist to design. Outdoor system is killing 92 amperage’s on every start. Inducer motor is running far over max amps. Advised client can replace ducting and fix airflow but also has an older system that’s taken a ton of restriction. Wanted to just see other company’s findings. System is operational.
