Upon arrival performed maintenance.both systems need intensive cleanings. Blower motors are both leaking oil & and could seize up and burn out. Secondary motor controls are both low and out of rsnge need to replace. Inducer motor are leaking oil and very dirty. Circuit board has burned terminals. Evap coil are dirty and need cleaning. Burners are good. Gas valve good. System was reset tested and fully functional upon departure. Flame sensor have a lot of corrosion. Heat exchanger has a lot of heat impengments. Tried to contact home owner but does not answer.
