Arrived on site to diagnose 1990 up flow unit. Unit located in garage. Client stated furnace hasn’t been working as it should this past year. They just recently moved into home and they had Ac replaced with home warranty replaced Full Ac. But heater stayed original. Furnace is pro to home. Cycled unit and found heating sequence to not turn on on flame. Inspected all electrical and parts and components. Found power was getting sent to igniter but was not turning. Furnace would work and gas turns on but due to no flame heater is not operating and it doesn’t heT up and motor will not turn on at all. They saw Ac works but since it’s not heating up to temp blower motor will not turn on. Overall advised unit is in very bad condition. As blower assembly is covered in dirt. Motor has oil and dirt build up. Drain lines are dirty. Heat exchanger has a lot of heat impingement inside due to the long life of 30 years. Advised looks to be beefy bad but I am unable to verify if it is still sa
