Arrived on site to perform diagnostic on a 2005 unit that is original to home. Upon arrival spoke over with Gloria and she stated unit hasn’t been maintenance. She say unit turns on but just dose not cool. Advised the summary of findings is as followed. 2005 airflow unit 1. Condenser is in bad condition due to dogs peeing on unit and very dirty. 2. Electrical compartment is really dirt as it hasn’t been open. 3. Found secondary motor control has completely failed. Replaced to test 4. Primary starter is original and starting to burn up from use and operation. 5. Fan motor is okay just look to have been leaking oil in past. 6. Unit hold R-22 and is no longer in production and has been phased out. 7. Cycled unit and found compressor to not turn on. Unit is receiving power and secondary replaced unit still will not turn on. You can hear it create rattling noise as compressor has fail and will not turn on. 8. In able to check pressure due to unit no operating at this time. 9.
