Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on a 2015 unit. Condenser located out in back yard. Cycled cooling and operational. Client stated no issues and rung and cools. Washed condenser coil inside and out. Primary starter is burnt up and making buzzing noise advised just wearing out from age. Secondary motor control is good as it was replaced last year. Checked start up and run amps on compressor. Recommend a compressor booster kit to prevent hard start up and prevent stress on compressor. Run amps are pulling 15 and max rated at 23. Advised once it gets hotter in summer it can go up and close to max due to age and operation. Fan motor is pulling 1.2 and max rated at 1.4. Which is working just almost at max. Advised in future motor can fail from operation and age. Checked pressure and are holding charge but ores is fluctuating which can me non condensables in lines but unit is cooling home. Unit dose hold r-22 advised which is no longer around. Found no protection on outdoor unit an
