She stated the outdoor fan wasn’t running and electrician checked all the electrical and cleaned the drain line in the attic. Upon inspection, found compressor and condenser motor running. Unit was low on freon. Customer approved adding freon and leak seal. If leak seal doesn’t seal leak this turns into a leak search which will help us pinpoint the leak and determine action required to repair leak. Added refrigerant and sealant. Unit cooling to a 12 sub cool and 12-15 superheat upon departure. ***Customer also signed up for monthly maintenance agreement. This included a discount on repairs and a waived diagnostic as part of the membership benefits. If maintenance agreement is canceled, discounted rates are also canceled and due.***
