Performed AC On 30 year old condensing unit. Upon my diagnostic I found that the outdoor condensing fan motor was no longer spinning. 2.5 ton condenser- 1. Found that Universal condenser fan motor windings have failed, and Bearing is leaking oil. 2. High voltage relay contained pitting on contact points 3. Secondary motor control for compressor was weak rating at 37.35. 4. Single run capacitor for universal fan motor was not weak rating 4.9 5. System contained R22 refrigerant which was completely phased out January 1, 2020. Recommendations- 1. Replace condenser fan motor for a second time 2. Replace secondary motor control for compressor due to it being weak
