Arrived on site to perform combo tune up on a 2002 Bryant condenser and a 1984 Intertherm furnace. Condenser located on side of house. Furnace and evaporator coil located in laundry room closet. Client stated no issues just would like to get system inspected and evaluated. Advised client I’d be inspecting both units. Checking electrical compartment and components on both units. As well check system operation and efficiency. Advised client the summary of findings are as followed. Condenser 1. 2002 Bryant condenser. 2. Washed unit inside and out unit dirty from lack of maintenance in past years. 3. Found fan motor is leaking oil down motor shaft from over working and age. Fan motor is pulling max amp and reason why fan motor is leaking oil at this time. Advised fan motor could fail in future due to conditions and how it’s operating 4. Inspected Electrical compartment and found some repairs done in past. As well found Some wired burnt up from last time system was down. Advised if
