Performed combo tune up on 1 year old Lennox system. Cycled system through heating and cooling modes. Checked indoor and outdoor unit electrical and system components. Amp draws are all within range. Indoor blower motor is clean and amp draws within range. Temperature rise in heat is within Range. Temperature split in cooling also within range and cooling efficiently. Primary motor control is in good condition. Secondary motor control also in good condition. Pulled off condenser panels as well as condenser fan motor and thoroughly washed out condenser coil. Replaced Merv 16 filter with approval. Also Renewed yearly ESA maintenance program. Cycled system, system is operational upon departure.
