Upon arrival performed heating maintenance. Indoor motor is leaking oil, has some dirt and debree build up. Secondary motor control out of range. Blower wheel slightly dirty. Gas valve and shut off in working order. Dusted off all electrical connections. Circuit board and electrical connections good. Amperages throughout system good. Temp split at 50 degrees. Undersized ducting, restricting a lot of airflow system is currently performing at a 2 ton system. Ducts are not sealed at joints, there is a lot of air flow leakage. Could not do maintenance on other systemmas it is not functional, will follow up with client for part replacement. There is no emergency drain pan under coils. Heat exchanger has heat spots. System is operational upon departure.
