Performed AC maintenance on 2020 Goodman condenser. Upon the maintenance everything checked out properly regarding refrigeration cycle and electrical amperages. Home warranty left debris laying everywhere inside of attic and on top of roof from previous system. Also found that secondary drain pan is completely rusted out and can potentially leak water into the Ceiling. Ductwork was also not sealed properly with air leakage occurring all around evaporator coil.
