Arrived on site to perform combo tune up on a 2018 lennox unit. Furnace and Evaporator coil located in attic. Condenser located on side of home. Client stated he is familiar with unit and trade but no issues. Client supplies his own filters. Washed. Condenser inside and out. Unit was good slightly dirty and dog had but good. Electrical compartment is good. Primary is good. Amp draws on compressor and fan motor are good. Fan motor is good. System pressure is good and cooling hole at 21 degrees. No protection on unit. Indoor unit good. Filter was good and was replaced by client. Blower assembly is good. Motor is good and amp draws are good. Inducer motor is good and in range of amp draws. Evaporator coil is good. Drain lines good. Temperature rise is good and in range of heating home at 54 degrees. All safety switches are operational. No protection on either unit. Recommend adding a surge protectors that are hard wired in in control board to prevent system getting damaged from electrical
