Performed AC maintenance on 2017 Lennox system. Checked indoor and outdoor unit electrical and system components. Temperature split is in range and system is producing proper temperature split. Merv filter is dirty and should be replaced. Homeowner has one on order and will replace it when it gets in. Air scrubber bulb is burnt out and should also be replaced. Washed outdoor condenser coil inside and out. Replaced air scrubber catalyst and signed homeowner up on maintenance program. Office gave customer option to sign up and use today as first visit. Cycled system, system is operational upon departure.
