Performed Furnace maintenance on a 1995 carrier. Systems temperature split is 65 degrees. Static pressure is high at .9. Inspected heat exchanger for hot spots or cracks which looked okay at thus time. Flame sensor was cleaned. Gas valve was tested. Condensate pan has still water in it, condensate lines need reworked and unclogged. Blower wheel is heavily rusted. Blower motor is ok. Battery cap for motor is out of range and replaced today. System was running at end of appointment. Returning with a drain pan and to slightly re work the condensate line.
