Tech arrived on site. Started combo tune up on system. Inspected furnace. Components are all in working order and clean. Ducting and insulation is older. Some ducts have small punctures In it, nothing major. Airflow is strong through the house. Temperature rise is good. Started cleaned condenser coils outside. Once cleaned inspected electrical. All components are working good. Temp split is good. Scheduled follow up call @ 2 to get CC for maintenance plan.
