Performed AC maintenance. Inspected ducks made sure they were secure and free of kinks for proper airflow. Checked filter, does not need to be changed at this time. Period system is cooling at a 20° foot. Cleaned outdoor condenser coil. Unit does not have outdoor or indoor surge protection. Did recommend to the customer indoor unit does have flood prevention protection. Inspected and tightened electrical components system is cooling and operational upon departure.
