Performed maintenance on the system for the cooling cycle. Tested the thermostat and checked both filters, these were clean so I left extras. Measured the indoor temperatures and monitored outdoor condenser operation. Tested voltages and motor amp draws, checked starter and run component. Cleaned the condenser coil and the bottom. Checked the fan motor for faults. Checked the condenser disconnect fuses. System is working properly at this time.
