Arrived on site to perform furnace diagnostic. Tenant states furnace is not working, it sounds like it’s gonna turn on but then it never does and just shuts off. Cycled system for heat. System is going through proper sequence of operations, but Ignitor is not turning on. Checked for voltage at Ignitor and it is recieving proper voltage, but still not kicking on. Ignitor needs to be replaced. Spoke to homeowner over the phone and she approved repairs. Replaced Ignitor, system is now functioning properly and heating. Homeowner approved to run card over phone. Cycled system. System is operational upon departure.
