Performed heating maintenance on a 2020 Lennox furnace. Customer reported system running when all modes are turned off. I adjusted the fan Heating temperature split is 58 degrees. Electrical components are amping in range. Filter is dirty. Blower fins are dirty. Flame sensor was cleaned. Sensor connections were tested and cleaned. Performed cooling maintenance on a 2020 Lennox condensing unit. Outdoor coils had heavy amounts of dirt on them. They were chemically cleaned today. Fan motor and compressor are amping in range. Refrigerant levels are ok at this time. Condensate lines are clear. Duct runs are ripping and undersized, this is causing poor air flow through the whole house. System has no protection.
