Performed AC maintenance on 11 year old carrier unit. Cycled system for cooling. Checked systems electrical and components. No safety switch on condensation line. Blower wheel is starting to accumulate dust. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Amp draws for compressor are within range. Condenser fan motor amp draws are within range but on higher end of range, and has already starting to slightly leak oil. Primary motor control is in good condition. Secondary motor control is within range. Pulled condenser motor and thoroughly washed out condenser coil inside and out. Refrigerant levels are in range and system is producing proper temperature split. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowners. Homeowners fully aware of condition of system and any concerns. Renewed ESA maintenance program, would like to keep it on yearly program. Cycled system, system is operational upon departure.
