Upon arrival performed maintenance on air-conditioning system. Opened up all doors and top of condenser fan off. Washed off condensing coil chemically rinsed inside and out of system. Ran system verified refrigerant charge and range. Compressor is starting to have high start up amps, recommended adding booster kit. Secondary motor control is in range. Amperage is through our system good. Replaced Merv 16 filter client provided. Reset filter settings to six months. Button system up made sure it was operational before departure.
