Tech arrived on site. Found the system low on refrigerant. Compressor is amping at MAX. condenser fan motor is rusty and leaking a little oil. Capacitor is out of range but the unit is operational at this time. Added 5 lbs of r22. System is now cooling. Customer signed up for service plan. Customer is interested in new equipment. Set up for comfort advisor. Compressor locked out before adding refrigerant. Cooled it down and added charge. Unit is operational upon departure.
