Tech arrived on site. Found the unit not heating. Jumped unit out on control module and only the inducer motor came on. Inducer motor sounded rough but amps indicated it was still okay. Pressure switches would close but hot surface wouldn’t come on. After adjusting wires the hot surface would come on. No gas and no ignition. After checking for voltage on gas valve it energized and we had ignition. Determined it was a faulty control module. Temporarily the unit is operational. It still can shut down. Ordered new module from supply house. Office will call and schedule return visit.
