Performed heating and cooling maintenance on a follow up from install. Heating sensors and switches were cleaned and tested. Heating temperature split is in range. Gas valve was tested. Heating components were tested and recorded. Outdoor unit was dirty but cleaned today. Primary condenser components were cleaned tested and recorded. Refrigerant levels are good. Outdoor and indoor units are not protected. System is operational. Homeowner signed up for scheduled maintenance.
