Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on a 21 year old unit. Condenser located in the back yard. Client stated no issues as she knows unit is old. Washed condenser coil inside and out. Primary stater okay just work out and burnt up. Found secondary motor control out of range on the compressor. Fan motor is leaking and pulling 1.3 as max is 1.4. Checked start up and run amps. Start up is high but in range. Would recommend compressor booster kit to prevent hard start up. Found unit with no protection. Checked pressure and unit is holding a charge just not running efficient. Unit is hold charge of R-22 and is no longer in production. Inspected indoor unit filter okay recommended keep some on hand. Blower assembly is dirty. Motor has been leaking a lot of oil as unit is zoned and only has a single stage unit. Advised unit is on borrowed time. unit is cooling at 22 degrees. No protection on unit snide and found no safety over flow switches on lines. Drain lines have debris but okay as
