This was second incident of Lennox a/c system not cooling properly since installation in 2017. Service tech, Luke, quickly determined freon level low again - and put additional coolant and “dye” into system. He explained that a follow up visit to resolve issue will be scheduled after dye has migrated through system and reveals source of leak (2 weeks). Luke was professional, efficient - and most appreciated ..... clearly explained issue and steps to resolve. Would be pleased to see Luke as the tech who comes back to finalize repair.
