WORK IN PROGRESS. Customer wanted us to check the bottom system since inspector noted that the unit turns on ac no matter what. He also stated inspector noted no airflow to one of the rooms. He found a duct disconnected and wants us to reconnect it. Inspector also noted the damaged ductwork. 1. Found faulty thermostat with the ac issue. It calls for cooling at both heat and cool. We’ll replace when we come back to do the ductwork. 2. Disconnected duct is for the downstairs system. Duct is lined with asbestos material. Customers project manager will reconnect. 3. Measured and collected information needed to replace ductwork. Customer is having the pest control company come out today to set rodent traps. He will call us in a couple of weeks to install after the rodents are taken care of. Collected 10% deposit today. Remaining balance due upon completion.
