Arrived on site to perform diagnostic on system. Homeowner states she has a foul smell coming from the unit. She directed me to a vent in the restroom where the smell is coming from. Unit is upflow so supply register is on the floor. She has not ran the system at all but she still gets the smell. The smell went away about a week ago but wanted to get it checked. Described the smell as that of sewage. Filter is clean. Went underneath house and inspected all ducting. Opened up air handler and could not locate smell. Coil is dirty but not giving off any scent. Drain lines are cleared. There is no rips or tears in any or the ducts. Smell is likely to be coming from somewhere else in restroom. Smell would be coming through the whole house if it were related to the unit. Homeowner asked to have the estimates from Luke resent again as he told her he would. Offered to go over estimates, but she wants them emailed to go over them with her husband. Copied estimates over to my invoice to resend
