Performed AC/furnace maintenance 16 year old GOODMAN System. Upon my maintenance all components checked out properly. Condenser- 1. System did contain R22 refrigerant which was completely phased out January 1, 2020 2. Power disconnect was not equipped with surge protection nor fuses. Recommended that this is added on to prevent any type of damage from a power outage thunderstorm 3. Condenser coil is clean but is very dirty needs to be clean yearly 4. Amparages all checked out properly Furnace- 1. Flame sensor was oxidized and dirty 2. Temperature rise was in range 3. Indoor blower motor is leaking oil and could potentially lock up or overheat if left in this condition 4. Furnace was also not equipped with surge protection 5. Filter was recently swapped out and needs to be done everyone to three months 6.
